Colon Hydrotherapy process involves introducing warm water into the rectum with the use of a disposable speculum, to aid the evacuation of waste from the large intestine.

The process takes up to 40 mins, during which warm filter water gently cleanses the colon, in a very simple and dignified procedure. This filling and emptying process is repeated several times in a combination with abdominal massage which further aids in the release of gas pockets and built up stools relieving abdominal bloating and pressure on the lower back, bladder, ovaries/prostate and diaphragm

The water pressure and temperature are carefully monitored and all of the waste is drained away discreetly in a closed system with no mess or odours.

In addition, coffee, or herbs may be implanted during the treatment if appropriate as these can aid to further detoxifying effect of the procedure.

Since colonic Hydrotherapy eliminates months and years of this toxic glue-like material, the bowel begins to restore its natural peristalsis. Additionally, the colonic Cleanse removes impactions, yeast infections, parasites and cellular debris.

Is it safe?

You will be assessed for any contraindications to treatment at your first consultation but, if there aren't any, then the treatment is extremely safe.

You will NOT be able to have a colonic if you are pregnant, if you had a recent surgery to the stomach or bowel or if you suffer from any of the following conditions:
