Terms and Conditions 
Please carefully read and ensure you fully understand the following terms and conditions before committing yourself to any of the treatments and services that we provide as part of Sweet Harmony Holistic Healing service:

Client Booking
You can book through the online booking system and you can make payment through there. Sweet Harmony Holistic Healing only accepts pre-pay payments.
Once booked online please get in contact with me and provide your name, treatment booking time and address.

Reclamation Treatment Therapy is a one-person practice, and as such, I am often unable to take or return phone calls. For the quickest response, please send me a watsup message on 07508 586809 or an email.

We sell some of our treatment packages at a discounted price for clients to benefit from having multiple sessions over a course of time. All our packages have an 8 weeks expiration date period and any un-used session outside of this period will be non-refundable and void.

Sessions from a package cannot be transferred to a third party unless this has been agreed upon in writing by Sweet Harmony Holistic Healing.

*Colonic Hydrotherapy Packages have a 6 weeks expiration period.

If you have made a cancellation as mentioned above, all the refunds will be made within five (5) working days following the date when you share with us your intention of cancelling the booking. The refunds will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction.

You will also be charged for the full Treatment Fee if you:

1. Cancel a booking other than as permitted above i.e. outside of the 24-hour notification period;
2. Attempt to cancel a booking on or after a Treatment Appointment Time;
3. Fail to attend a booking at the Treatment Appointment Time and/or at the Designated Premises.

A cancellation fee is charged in order to compensate your therapist because it is not reasonable to expect the Practitioner to be able to provide treatment/service at another booking where you have canceled with such short or no Notice.

Cancellation fees may be our absolute discretion to be waived where you have been unable to cancel a booking without incurring the cancellation fee for genuine reasons which were outside of your control.

You will need to inform with us of your intention to cancel the booking via WhatsApp Text only :07508 586 809 

 Please Note that all deposits made towards securing an appointment are non-refundable. In the event that a client experiences any discomfort after a colonic treatment or any other treatment, and requests a refund of their deposit, the deposit amount may instead be applied towards a lymphatic massage session/s. This is subject to the client’s agreement and availability of services.

Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment once without forfeiting their deposit. However, any subsequent rescheduling requests for the same appointment, even if made within the 24-hour notice period, will incur a £5.00 fee. This ensures fairness and allows us to better accommodate all clients.

Cancellation by therapist
In the unlikely event that the therapist cannot make a confirmed appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances Sweet Harmony Holistic Healing will issue you a full refund if applicable or reschedule the appointment.

Consultation
Prior to appointment, I will request our client to advise if feeling unwell. Sweet Harmony Holistic Healing clients are requested to complete a consultation form prior the treatment.
During appointment, Therapist is to wash hands upon your arrival, before and after treatment. The therapist will clean, replace and or is to disinfect products, equipment/s and surfaces after each client treatment.

Disposable massage table paper, Towels, etc will be disinfected, washed and used for each clientz

 

Your health and the therapist duty of care to you
In order for the therapist to advise suitable and safe treatments you should inform the therapist at the time of booking your appointment of any; allergies, health issues or medical conditions that the therapist needs to be aware of, including pregnancy.
You agree to a full consultation to be done by the therapist prior to your first session to assess your suitability. Treatment will not be provided unless you complete and sign the consultation form document. Full treatment fee will be charged.

Because of the nature of Sweet Harmony Treatments offered and the necessity for close contact, Sweet Harmony Therapist will maintain high standards of personal hygiene and our clients are politely requested to ensure that they also maintain a high standard of personal hygiene. This includes paying attention to body odour.

 Clients are reminded that if they are in the habit of not wearing underwear, this will not be acceptable for a treatment environment and they must be suitably clothed.

 

Please note; We have strict medical safety guidelines for all treatments.

Please note that in some cases the therapist may not be able to treat you unless you provide your doctor’s written consent. We may not be able to see you If you have any current medical conditions;

If you are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy
If you are taking certain prescribed medication
If you have any heart conditions - including high blood pressure
If you have sunburn
If you have diabetes, etc

and or any other medical conditions stated on your consultation form document

Gift Voucher 
Gift Vouchers are valid for 4 months unless otherwise stated.

Our gift vouchers are available in any amount and can be used at sweet harmony giving the recipient a wide range of treatments to choose from.

Ideal for Birthdays, Christmas, Mothers Day, Valentines, Fathers Day or just because they’re worth it!

Gift vouchers can be collected directly from our Studio or they can be sent via the post at an additional cost of £2.76 for postage and packaging.

Gift vouchers are not refundable, but can be re gifted and used before they expire.

The cancellation policy still applies to gift vouchers.

 

Reclamation Massage Therapy has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment of any kind, including but not limited to solicitations for extras, suggestive comments, or inappropriate touch. Should you choose to engage in such behaviour, the session will be immediately terminated, you will be charged in full for your appointment, and you will be banned from booking further appointments. Authorities will be contacted for severe offenses.

 

Cancer Massage
Much like prenatal massage, massage for folks who are experiencing cancer requires a different and specific set of techniques that I do not offer yet. If you are currently diagnosed with cancer, I encourage you to seek out a massage therapist who specializes in oncology massage.

 

MODIFICATION & TERMINATION

We may modify Our Terms or terminate use of our Booking Services at any time by giving notice of termination to you. Our service/treatment Prices may also change from time to time. We may also change, suspend, terminate or discontinue any aspect of Our Booking Services including availability of certain features at any time for any reason.
